Dear Owner,

Just a few items of information for you :-

1. We currently have approximately 10% of the urbanisation that we do not have any contact details for, this is important in the event of problems or emergencies within their properties. If you are speaking to friends or neighbours would you ask them if they are receiving communications from the administrator if not they need to e-mail details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

2. The payment of any urbanisation fees is your responsibility, if your name has appeared on the debtors list your first course of action should be to contact your bank to confirm sufficient funds and that the direct debit/ standing order has been paid. If this is the case then ask for documentary evidence and contact the administrator.

The management committee have no access to your banking details and therefore can not argue your case.

3. We also have a community web page on which urbanisation issues and management committee minutes are posted, this is often used instead or in conjunction with the administrators contact list.

Si este es el caso, pida pruebas documentales y póngase en contacto con el administrador. La Junta Directiva no tiene acceso a sus datos bancarios y, por lo tanto, no puede discutir su caso.

3 También tenemos una página web de la comunidad en la que se publican los problemas de la urbanización y las actas de la Junta Directiva que, a menudo, se utiliza en lugar de la lista de contactos de los administradores o junto con ella.
