Dear Owner, 

As you may or may not know the refuse collection service is having a problem at the moment with a backlog in the service and subsequent collection of refuse related services.

Could I ask you to ensure all your refuse is put into the relevant bins and not on the floor. If the re-cycling containers are full either take it home until they are emptied or put it into the general waste bin, putting items on the floor is littering not re-cycling and will not be re-cycled.

Your co-operation in this matter would be appreciated.

Firstly, I hope that you, your family and friends are all keeping safe and well during this pandemic and hopefully soon we can all enjoy the benefits of our property's..
The reason for sending this letter is that I recently received a report that the main car park gate was not closing ,this fault was forwarded to our contractor and unfortunately his report was not good.
It would appear that someone had covered the censor, for whatever reason, and the mechanism was working against itself but more importantly it would appear that in an effort to rectify the fault someone had tampered with the wiring .Needless to say none of these actions should have been undertaken.
I would therefore ask you to contact a management committee member, names and addresses are on the notice board ,or the administrator on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you encounter any issues that require attention. Those of you that rent out your properties, please inform your tenants to forward any problems to yourselves who can then contact management.

Es hatte den Anschein, dass jemand den Zensor abgedeckt hatte, aus welchem Grund auch immer, und der Mechanismus arbeitete gegen sich selbst, aber was noch wichtiger ist, es hatte den Anschein, dass jemand in dem Bemühen, den Fehler zu beheben, an der Verdrahtung herumgepfuscht hatte, was natürlich nicht hätte geschehen dürfen.
Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, sich an ein Mitglied des Verwaltungsausschusses zu wenden, dessen Namen und Adressen am schwarzen Brett stehen, oder an den Verwalter unter This email address is being protected from spambots.
