2020-10-20 President's Update

Greetings everyone just a couple of items to keep you up to date as to what is happening on the urbanisation:-

1. the court case brought against the urbanisation by Senora Maria Del Sagrario Carretero ( Charro) has been found in our favour and hopefully there will be no further action or expense

2.the recent open meeting regarding being entered onto the "PADRON" gave us the following information

you will need to make an appointment via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  when you have an appointment you will need to take with you your ESCRITURA or YOUR RENTAL CONTRACT your PASSPORT a current utility bill

3. It would appear that we will not be able to hold our AGM in February2021 we will keep you informed of any progress.
